Today, I am grateful for YOU!
Whether you are in the United States where we celebrate Thanksgiving Day or you are somewhere else in the world and don’t have this holiday, it doesn’t matter because it’s a good day to bathe in the energy of gratitude!
Of course, any day is a good day to stop, think, and feel what you are grateful for because being in the state of appreciation allows us to receive a very positive feeling and vibration.
When we’re in that state of appreciation and vibrating at this higher frequency, we can’t help but to feel good!
And, that feel-good feeling will roll over into many areas of our lives…when we focus on what we’re grateful for, instead of focusing on what we don’t have, what’s wrong, and all those other negative thoughts that we humans can entertain.
I invite you to take 2 minutes today and either write down or focus and think about all you are grateful for.
Remember to include YOU, too!
After you’ve done that-please stop and really notice how you feel after engaging in just 2 minutes of focused gratitude.
I have no doubt you’ll find yourself feeling more positive, calm and refreshed and ready for whatever your day or evening brings.
Enjoy today whether you are feasting or simply “being,” or “doing” your life!
