Losing Your Motivation?
Quick Personal Note
The month of February is a special month for me. And, it’s already flying by! But I’m savoring all the moments as best as I can!
Not only is it my birthday month, but it is the month of birthdays of a lot of people I know…as well as a couple of Presidents and, it’s the month I got engaged to my wonderful hubby!
As I just entered a new decade on the 6th, it had me contemplating what motivates me and how do I stay motivated to continue to achieve the many goals and intentions I design for myself each year.
I happened to be de-cluttering a lateral desk file of mine and ran across a document filled with many ways to get and stay motivated.
So many of them resonated with me and were a good reminder to keep them front of mind.
I will share 5 of them with you today. I know this can be the time, after the initial excitement of a brand new year has waned, that you might be losing some of your motivation to stay the course, in whatever you’ve chosen to create for yourself this year.
