As the year is coming to a close, now is a good time to breathe in and acknowledge your successes over the last year before you get ready to design and create your new year ahead.
This coincides with last week’s theme of allowing in-of receiving-your own joy, but this week, we’ll add on to that joy by focusing in on what you’ve accomplished and been successful with the entire year.
This can be done by journaling all about your successes or by listing them in categories of your life, such as health, career, relationships, fun, personal growth and development, recreation, creativity and whatever other areas you can think of.
It’s your choice how to do this. I highly recommend taking the time and doing this. It helps you not only to feel complete about the year and ready to move forward, but it directs your attention to your successes and accomplishments, instead of focusing in on what didn’t happen. When you focus on your successes, you feel good. When you feel good, you are in an elevated emotional state from which to create.
This week’s audio is designed to get you into that elevated emotional space so you can focus on your successes and accomplishments-things YOU want to celebrate.
Then, you can choose how you want to do the recording of all your successes. When you write them down, they become even more firmly planted into your subconscious mind where they will serve as a positive resource for your future.
