Symptoms of Inner Peace
I love this season!
And, yes, it’s different this year-that’s for sure.
I miss having groups of friends over for some holiday cheer and going to seasonal events.
I imagine you have many things you miss this season as well.
While the difference this year can cause us distress, it’s important to come back into your “center” and connect to your own “inner peace.”
Because that’s exactly what we need in order to keep the holiday spirit alive and meaningful.
As I’ve been culling papers and letting go of clutter, I came across a ripped out magazine page I had saved with the title:
The Symptoms of Inner Peace.
I found it extremely appropriate for this year and this holiday season.
I’ll share five of them with you today.
Symptoms of Inner Peace:
-
A tendency to think and act deliberately, rather than from fears based on past experiences.
-
An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
-
A loss of interest in judging others.
-
A loss of interest in judging self.
-
A loss of interest in conflict.
Which symptoms would you like more of?
