Today is an opportunity to honor and celebrate all women in our lives.

As a hypnotherapist mind coach, the majority of my clients are women.

And, they are amazing!

And, yet sometimes, due to all the cultural conversations and upbringing so many women experience, they don’t see their amazing selves.

They often feel “less than,” try to be super woman that does it all, and seek approval from others…because they don’t give themselves permission to shine.

So, they often feel stuck and are unable to tap into all they truly are.

I love watching the transformations of women embracing their own power when they come for mind coaching inner work.

They emerge on the other side having experienced their uniqueness, their strengths and their awesomeness.

I experience this when working with women in my hypnobirthing classes.

I’m always in awe at how my hypnobirthing clients are so intent on having their best birthing experience.

They connect into their amazing minds and bodies and become empowered with the knowledge and inner wisdom that they can bring the next generation into the world in a calm and peaceful manner.

I feel incredibly blessed to work with women in so many areas and events in their lives in my Healing Hypnotherapy practice.

I wish for all women to really know their strengths, their uniqueness, their awesome-ness and their amazing selves.

Let’s all take this day to reflect and honor all the women in the world, as well as all of us who are women ourselves.
